Salon Perfect Neon POP: Swatch & Review

*Press Sample*

Hi Guys! Today I have some more Salon Perfect Duo Packs to share with you all! These come from the Neon POP Collection and I have three different packs, which means a total of 6 totally hot neon colors to share with you all! I've paired photos together in their duos.

This is Perky Pink and Flamingo Flair.

Perky Pink is a neon medium pink with a slightly purple sheen. What you see is two coats with no top coat. It dries to a nice satin finish. The formula is good, a little streaky but with careful application - it smoothed out.
Flamingo Flair is a neon coral polish. What you see is two coats with topcoat. The formula is streaky, and after two coats - I caved and added a top coat to smooth it out. It typically dries to a satin finish like the other neons. This color was a bit hard to photograph - so think China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy!

This is Traffic Cone and Fired Up Fuchsia.

Traffic Cone is a neon orange polish. What you see is two coats with no top coat. When you think neon orange, this is the color that should pop in your mind. The formula is good, it dries to a satin finish. My camera wigged out a little bit with the neon-ness of this color!
Fired Up Fuchsia is a neon fuchsia that is mind blowing gorgeous! What you see is two coats with no top coat. Formula is good, dries to a satin finish. This color made my jaw drop - in LOVE!

This is Summer Escape and Haute Pink.

Summer Escape is a neon orangey-yellow. What you see is two coats with topcoat. The formula is a bit streaky, so I added the topcoat to smooth it out. This color is the epitome of summer nail polish! It makes me think of palm trees and colorful drinks.
Haute Pink is a super bright neon pink/coral. What you see is two coats with topcoat. The formula is streaky, so I added the topcoat to smooth it out. This is another super bright color - I can't even explain!

Here's a collage with some other shots of these beautiful neon colors!

Overall, I love all of these colors. With the exception of some of them being streaky on their own, topcoat smoothed it out perfectly! I can see it now, these are going to be my go-to neon polishes this summer season! The duo packs are sold at Wal-Mart for only $4.98, a steal! Make sure you check them out! Fired Up Fuchsia is my ultimate favorite, which one is yours?

*Disclosure: Polishes used in this post were provided for my consideration. All opinions are my own.*

  1. I hope my Walmart gets these! I want the first pack... but I LOVE neons, so I'll probably have them all!

  2. I've heard that there a lot of china glaze/salon perfect dupe (perhaps they are even the same company?). Do you know of any cg dupes of these polishes? I love fired up fuchsia and haute pink but my Walmart never gets any Salon Perfect.

  3. I have some of these but can't find all of them. I love these polishes!!! I don't mind a polish that is streaky on the first coat as long as it behaves on the second coat, or a topcoat can smooth it. Thank you for the beautiful photos - my silly phone cam totally freaked on these. It would focus for a fraction of a millisecond and then jump superfast out of focus, like it was skeered!
