St. Pat's Nails: Glittery Rainbow
Happy Saturday Everyone! I have a busy, busy week ahead of me! My sister-in-law is flying in tonight to spend her Spring Break here for the week, so I may not be able to catch up on all my blog reading everyday like I usually do. I have scheduled some posts though :)
So tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day and I barely did any manis to go along with the holiday. Kind of sad about it, because I usually love to do theme nails! I decided to do some simple glittery rainbow nails (being that i can't draw a shamrock to save my life)! I started with base colors of China Glaze Re-fresh Mint & China Glaze Angel Wings. I then used my striper brush and painted on the rainbow using the ROYGBIV method - OPI Red Lights Ahead... Where?, SH Xtreme Wear Sun-Kissed, SH Xtreme Wear Mellow Yellow, SH Xtreme Wear Going Green, Julep Donna & China Glaze Gothic Lolita. I then used some corresponding color glitter to go over them. Of course I had a huge glop of gold glitter land on my middle finger & I tried really hard to cover it up. I hate when things like that happen!
Anyone have special plans for St. Pat's tomorrow? It's going to be super nice here - so we may head to the beach!

ReplyDeleteThis is so awesome! I'm gonna "borrow" your blog sale idea on your blog. I need to sell more polish and keeping it like yours with the updates is way better. Hope you don't mind!
