Hey all, it's Day 21 of the New 31 Day Challenge with Crumpet's Nail Tarts. That means only 10 more days to go! My family left this morning, it was a nice weekend with them! The theme for today is merge or melt - so I went with the ever popular "drip" mani. I tried to pick colors that would contrast and make the drip part look like it was popping off the nail. I accomplished that for the most part! I used China Glaze Turned Up Turquoise for my base, and then China Glaze Strawberry Fields for my drips (I painted it over white to make it pop even more). Turned Up Turquoise is more matte and is weird when it dries - so it gave the whole mani a textured look.

I love the high contrast colours you picked for these, Heather--they really do pop! Awesome white highlights on the drips too, to really give them some dimension and shape. I have got to try these soon! :D
